Premium Ethical Construction ✦

A declaration of how these garments are made and what they refuse to become.

This record exists to document the material and ethical choices behind every WildSpirit Testament garment. It is not a marketing statement, nor a list of claims made for convenience. It is a refusal of disposability, of concealment, and of systems that profit from harm while presenting themselves as neutral or inevitable.

Every garment is constructed to align with the values it carries. Nothing here is accidental.

Presentation – Framing as intention

Each testimony image is presented within a clean, light border as part of its framing. This is a deliberate framing choice. The border functions as a visual mount, separating the image from the garment and allowing it to be read as a documented statement rather than a graphic print.

This framing reflects the work’s exhibition and archival intent. These garments are not illustrations or slogans; they are records rendered in material form.

The WildSpirit Testament emblem is embroidered individually on every garment. Subtle variations in stitch density and texture may occur as a result of made-to-order embroidery. These differences are not defects, but evidence of physical production. No two emblems are mechanically identical.

Materials – A refusal of exploitation at origin

All WildSpirit Testament garments are crafted from certified organic cotton. This choice is deliberate.

Conventional cotton production is among the most chemically intensive agricultural systems in the world, relying on pesticides and practices that damage ecosystems, poison waterways, and harm human and non-human life alike. Organic cotton rejects this model.

Our materials are grown without synthetic pesticides or harmful chemicals, prioritising soil health, ecological balance, and long-term sustainability over yield and speed.

No animal-derived fibres, treatments, or components are used at any stage. Every garment is entirely vegan, by principle, not by trend.

Manufacture – Ethics as a condition, not an afterthought

All garments are produced by manufacturers operating under strict ethical labour standards. We work exclusively with suppliers committed to fair wages, safe working conditions, and the continuous improvement of workers’ rights throughout the supply chain.

Exploitation is not mitigated after the fact. It is excluded at the point of production.

This includes:
Transparent supply chains
Independent monitoring of labour conditions
Long-term commitments to ethical manufacturing standards

Construction – Built for longevity, not disposal

These garments are not designed for seasonal replacement.

Fabric weight, stitching quality, and construction methods are selected to ensure durability, structure, and long-term wear. Longevity is an ethical choice: every item made to last is one less item replaced, discarded, or produced in excess.

Fast fashion depends on planned obsolescence. This collection rejects it.

Brand mark – Applied with restraint

The WildSpirit Testament logo is embroidered on the front left chest of each garment.

Embroidery is used deliberately, selected for durability, permanence, and resistance to degradation over time. Unlike printed marks designed to fade, crack, or peel, embroidery ensures the brand mark remains intact throughout the life of the garment.

Placement is restrained and consistent. Identification is present without dominance. The garment’s message remains primary.

Printing – Restraint over excess

All designs are printed in the UK using water-based, eco-conscious inks. These inks are selected to minimise environmental impact while ensuring clarity, permanence, and fidelity to the artwork.

Printing methods are chosen for precision and responsibility, not speed or volume.

Made to order – A refusal of overproduction

Every WildSpirit Testament garment is made to order.

This means:
No speculative mass production
No surplus stock
No intentional waste built into the business model

Each item is produced only once it has been chosen.

Overproduction is one of the most destructive forces in the fashion industry, economically, environmentally, and ethically. Made-to-order production confronts this directly, even when it demands patience and restraint.

Certification and accountability

Our manufacturing partners meet internationally recognised standards for ethical and sustainable production, including:
Certified organic materials
Ethical labour oversight
Vegan-friendly processes

Where certification exists, it is used as verification, not decoration. Where it does not, accountability is established through supplier transparency and independent oversight.

What this page is – and what it is not

This page is not a promise of perfection.

It is a declaration of intent and responsibility.

We acknowledge that no production system exists outside global structures of harm. What matters is not purity, but direction, and the willingness to confront, reduce, and reject exploitation wherever it appears.

Every decision recorded here exists to ensure that the message carried by each garment is not contradicted by its creation.

This is construction as testimony.

A Declaration of Freedom for All Beings.
