MADE-TO-ORDER REFUND POLICY

Made-to-Order Production

All WildSpirit Testament garments are produced on a made-to-order basis.

Each item is created specifically for the customer once an order is placed. This approach reduces waste, avoids overproduction, and supports responsible, deliberate manufacturing.

Because our products are made to order, different return rules apply compared to mass-produced or stock-held items.


Returns & Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

  • We do not accept returns for sizing or colour preference, where accurate sizing information and product descriptions have been provided

  • We do not offer direct exchanges

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Preferring a different colour or design

  • Deciding the item is no longer wanted

This policy is permitted under UK consumer law for goods that are made to order or clearly personalised.

Your statutory rights are not affected.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take full responsibility for genuine manufacturing faults or fulfilment errors and will always work to resolve them fairly.

An item will be considered faulty or incorrect if it arrives with:

  • Printing defects or errors

  • Damage sustained during production or transit

  • An incorrect design, garment type, size, or colour compared to the order confirmation

To report an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the fault or error

Where necessary, issues may be assessed in consultation with our production partner to determine whether the fault occurred during manufacture or transit.


What Is Not Considered a Fault

The following are not considered manufacturing faults and are not eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Damage occurring after delivery, including wear, washing, or misuse

  • Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions

  • Accidental or deliberate damage after receipt

  • Normal variations in print placement, texture, or colour inherent to print-on-demand production

  • Minor variations that do not affect the garment’s intended use or wearability

  • Perceived fit differences where the garment matches the published size guide and product description

We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests where evidence indicates the issue occurred after delivery.


Assessment & Resolution

Once an issue has been reviewed and confirmed as a manufacturing fault or fulfilment error, we will offer one of the following, at no additional cost to the customer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund, including original shipping costs

In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned and will base our decision on the evidence provided.

Where a return is required due to a confirmed fault or error, return postage will be covered by us.

If an issue is determined not to be a manufacturing fault or fulfilment error, a refund or replacement will not be issued.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Normal variations inherent to print-on-demand production

  • Items damaged after delivery due to wear, washing, or misuse

  • Fit concerns where the item matches the published size guide


Sizing & Product Information

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Review sizing charts carefully

  • Read product descriptions and sizing guidance in full before ordering

Each item is made specifically for you. Careful selection helps ensure the best possible fit and experience.

Sizing guidance is provided to support informed purchasing decisions but does not guarantee individual fit outcomes.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 5–7 business days of approval

Banks or card providers may take additional time to display the refund.
