Made-to-Order Production

All WildSpirit Testament garments are produced on a made-to-order basis to minimise waste and avoid overproduction.

Each item is manufactured specifically once an order is placed. This approach reduces environmental impact and ensures that every garment is created intentionally rather than held as surplus stock.

Please allow up to 5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.


Dispatch & Delivery Times

Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Shipping timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date of purchase.

Please note:

  • Dispatch confirmation indicates the order has left production and entered the delivery network

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Where available, tracking details will be included.


Responsibility After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • Responsibility for delivery passes to the courier

  • Delivery is subject to the courier’s terms and conditions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once the item is in transit

If tracking indicates an unexpected delay or delivery issue, we recommend contacting the courier directly in the first instance. We will assist where possible if further investigation is required.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Incomplete address information

  • Errors provided by the customer at checkout

Orders returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or non-collection may require additional postage to be paid before re-dispatch.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If you believe an order has been delivered incorrectly or without receipt, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.


Lost, Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect (wrong design, garment type, size, or colour)

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Where an issue is confirmed, resolution will be handled in accordance with our Made-to-Order Refund Policy.


Relationship to Refund Policy

Shipping and delivery matters are handled separately from returns and refunds.

All refunds, replacements, or remedies including those relating to damaged, faulty, incorrect, or lost items are governed solely by our Made-to-Order Refund Policy.
